Payment Terms and Conditions (Payment Verification and Security)
- General Provisions
1.1. These payment terms and conditions regulate the procedures for payment verification, security, and fraud prevention in the online store.
1.2. These rules are an integral part of the Seller’s general terms and conditions and are applied together with them.
1.3. Before making a payment, the Buyer must familiarize themselves with these conditions and confirm their agreement. - Payment Verification
2.1. In order to protect both the Buyer and the Seller from unauthorized or fraudulent payments, the Seller has the right to carry out payment verification.
2.2. The Seller may request additional payment confirmation in the following cases:
• the payment details are incomplete or do not allow identification of the payer;
• the payment raises suspicion of possible fraud;
• the order value is higher than usual;
• payment methods are used (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets) where the Seller does not receive or receives insufficient payer identification data;
• third-party payment methods are used. - Submission of Payment Confirmation
3.1. By paying with a payment or credit card, the Buyer agrees and undertakes, upon the Seller’s request, to provide payment confirmation.
3.2. Payment confirmation may be a copy of a bank transfer, a bank statement, or a screenshot of the transaction.
3.3. The submitted document must clearly show the following information:
• payer’s full name;
• amount paid;
• payment date;
• last 4 digits of the card or bank account.
3.4. The Seller has the right to request additional information if the provided data is insufficient to confirm the payment. - Suspension and Cancellation of Orders
4.1. Until payment confirmation is received, the Seller has the right to suspend order processing.
4.2. If the Buyer fails to provide the requested information within the timeframe set by the Seller, the order may be:
• cancelled;
• not fulfilled;
• and the paid funds, if applicable, refunded to the original payment source.
4.3. The Seller also has the right to unilaterally cancel the order if there are reasonable suspicions of an illegal payment. - Fraud Prevention and Liability
5.1. The Buyer confirms that they use only payment methods that legally belong to them.
5.2. If an illegal payment is identified or reasonably suspected, the Seller has the right to:
• suspend or cancel the order;
• refuse to complete the transaction;
• restrict access to the online store services.
5.3. In case of suspected fraud, the Seller has the right to transfer all available information (including payment data, IP address, order details, and related communication) to law enforcement authorities. - Data Protection
6.1. All provided data is used solely for payment verification and fraud prevention purposes.
6.2. Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Seller’s privacy policy. - Final Provisions
7.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these rules.
7.2. Updated rules come into effect from the moment they are published in the online store.
